As the Retreat Center Collaboration (RCC) moves through 2025 with an eye to 2026, we are excited to share the ways our organizational structure continues to evolve—always with the intention of weaving connections, cultivating trust, and inspiring collaboration among retreat centers.

At the heart of our ecosystem are RCC’s core values: the power of place and space, the interplay of inner and outer work, and a commitment to universal flourishing. These values guide everything we do, radiating outward through our structure and into our growing community of 300+ retreat centers.

Our RCC Staff forms the operational core—three interconnected roles working in partnership. The Program Director focuses outward on institutional partnerships and strategic development, while the Network Manager focuses inward on member engagement and community building. Supporting both, the Team Coordinator provides the essential foundation that enables our values-driven work to flourish.

We are delighted to welcome Peter Wrinch as RCC’s new Program Director. Over the past two decades, Peter has led in advocacy, technology, social enterprise, and politics—raising millions of dollars, building high-performing teams, and guiding hundreds of social purpose and political leaders. In every role, he has championed purpose, people, relationships, and impact, driving meaningful change within organizations. Peter lives on Bowen Island with his partner, two children, and an elderly pug, and we’re thrilled to have him bring his energy and wisdom into our ecosystem of transformation.

Surrounding our staff are concentric circles of wisdom and guidance. The Stewardship Circle offers hands-on leadership and historical knowledge. The Wisdom Circle provides sage guidance from seasoned leaders and allies. The Listening Circle ensures community voices directly inform our direction. Together, this collaborative design mirrors the partnerships we seek to foster—different functions uniting to create transformative impact across our community.
