Rev. Lorren Buck joined us on our February 14th Community Call to facilitate a racial healing workshop grounded in Resmaa Menakem’s The Quaking of America: An Embodied Guide to Navigating Our Nation’s Upheaval and Racial Reckoning.

On our January 24th Community Call, we exchanged best practices for staffing, discussed ways to develop a culture of equity within our centers, and brainstormed mental health supports.

On this Community Call, we discussed the pain points for retreat center leadership and board—how they’re rising to meet ongoing challenges and embracing intergenerational and intercultural leadership.
