2023 Community Survey Data

In August 2023, RCC invited community members to respond to a survey designed to help our community better understand:

• The current state and emerging needs of RCC retreat centers

• Community members’ experience of RCC

• How RCC can best serve the community going forward

Responses were received from 67 different retreat centers, representing about 20% of the RCC community. The following document shares highlights as well as survey results in aggregate, including sections on: retreat center characteristics and organizational ecosystems, finances, programming, and perspectives on collaboration within RCC.
