Moderated by Amir Jafari, co-owner of Retreat Finder, this session brings together leaders from established retreat centers to debrief on what consistently worked to drive inquiries and bookings in 2025, and which efforts underperformed or failed altogether.

  1. Which visibility strategies reliably produced inquiries (not just engagement)

  2. Where retreats over-invest with little return

  3. How discovery and trust-building shifted in 2025

  4. What strategies are centers intentionally dropping in 2026

The goal is to extract repeatable principles that retreat centers can apply as they plan for 2026.

Attendees will leave with a clearer sense of what to double down on, what to simplify, and where to stop spending their resources altogether.
