Join 30+ retreat center leaders from across North America for our annual gathering at Mount Madonna. This special weekend is an opportunity to connect, share insights, and explore both the opportunities and challenges we face in leading retreat centers. We’d love to have you — and others from your team — be part of this inspiring community.
The retreat will begin with dinner on the evening of November 10th and conclude with lunch on November 12th.
Here’s a snapshot of what’s planned:
Day 1 – Arrivals, welcome from Mount Madonna, evening connection and reflection. Out time will be held and facilitated by Khari Wendell McClelland
Day 2 – Conversations on money, people, and leadership with Heather Deeth, Tatyana Sanikovich, and others; an Enneagram session for leaders with Jean Pierre; and a panel of Executive Directors sharing insights and wisdom.
Day 3 – A session on resilience with Stanley Wu, reflection on how RCC can serve the network, and time for rest and reconnection before departure.
Accessibility & Support
We want everyone who wishes to attend to be able to do so. The retreat is offered on a sliding scale, and travel subsidies are available to help offset costs where needed. Please don’t let finances be a barrier — simply reach out, and we’ll work with you to make sure you can be present.
The retreat includes optional yoga, walks on the land, time to rest, and plenty of space for informal conversations that renew the spirit and strengthen community.
It’s shaping up to be a great event — thoughtful, relaxed, and grounded in both learning and relationship. I’d love to see your center represented.
If you’re interested or have any questions about travel or registration, please reach out to Michael here.
