Bio for Heather Deeth: Heather Deeth provides executive leadership, organizational development, and business support to the retreat center sector. Her sector experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer and interim Chief Executive Officer at Hollyhock, Chief Operating Officer at Tierramor, Project Manager at Basin Collective, and advisor to several retreat centers at pivotal or transformational moments. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in business, including serving as Head of Ethical Buying and Sustainability at the global brand Lush Cosmetics. She has worked around the world on human rights, sustainable economic development, climate, and regenerative strategy.
