Across retreat centres and spiritual communities, one theme keeps surfacing: we’re all living and leading in a multi-generational world, but we’re not always hearing each other. From Baby Boomers to Gen X, Millennials to Gen Z, each generation carries its own stories, anxieties, and aspirations—shaped by market crashes, technological leaps, global conflict, and shifting cultural norms.
