The Retreat Center Collaboration is coordinating an onsite retreat in Fall 2026, and is seeking a retreat center in the United States or Canada to host this gathering of 40 people from the larger RCC community. We're looking for a center that:

• is a current member of the RCC, but has not yet hosted an RCC event (join here)

• has capacity to host 40 retreat participants for 3 nights (October 20-23, 2026) 

• can provide all meals onsite

• is located within 2 hours of a metro airport

The RCC Stewardship Circle will review proposals and select a site. Site selection criteria will prioritize convenience of travel for community members to attend. Our intention is that RCC staff will coordinate the event registration and RCC leadership will coordinate the event facilitation. Please fill out the form below if your retreat center is interested in hosting this event. We will accept proposals until January 30th, and will notify all candidates of our decision by March 20th.
